INVESTOR VISA IN SPAIN (GOLDEN VISA SPAIN)

What is the Golden Visa in Spain?

The Golden Visa Spain is a special residency permit designed for non-European Union citizens who make a significant investment in Spain. This visa allows investors to live and work in Spain, providing an initial 3-year residency with the option to renew for an additional 5 years, as long as the investment is maintained.

In addition to living and working in Spain, this visa offers the significant benefit of free travel within the Schengen Area, making it an attractive option for those who wish to move freely across Europe without additional visas.
